Creative 2.0
As the creative director for a relatively new digital marketing agency, I saw a need to level up our creative team and offering in order to produce better results for our clients. I hired a new manager - who had the creative experience the team needed - and worked to develop our team initiative: Creative 2.0. We created a plan, which included creative quality training and accountability, additional creative resources for teams, and new structures and processes to more effectively work with clients. We formally launched the initiative in mid-2021 and by the end of the year, saw the creative quality and client impact increase dramatically as reflected by the team’s selection of work below. Through this initiative, we were also able to maintain relative department costs & contribute to the agency’s YOY increase in client retention and growth.
